First Time User Information

For first time microdosers, be aware that we are all built differently. Each individual metabolizes psilocybin at different speeds, some more sensitive than others. Therefore, gauging the correct dosage for you is very important!

If you feel any changes from our Wellness Micro Capsules, you are NOT microdosing, you would be mini-dosing!

Before starting your microdosing journey, choose a weekend or your day off to sample the strength of our capsules first to feel how your body reacts. Begin with a smaller dose in a safe environment to properly gauge your dosage amount. You should be able to go about your day normally without experiencing any noticeable changes. Any experience of drowsiness, nausea, visually stimulation, or upset stomach means you are NOT microdosing, thus it is recommended to lower your dosage on your next sampling day. Once you have figured out your personal dosage, you may begin your microdosing journey!

We have three different dosages to help you decide where to start:

100mg – For 1st timers and those who are extra sensitive to psilocybin or psychedelics in general.
150mg – Great for the average person.
200mg – For the more seasoned microdoser.

After your first dosage, take at least two days off before attempting any adjustments to the amount you’ll be taking. A simple program to follow would be James Fadiman’s Protocol, which would include:

Day One: Microdose.
Day Two: Observe any residual effects.
Day Three: Take a break.
Day Four: Repeat.

For additional safety measures, do not operate any vehicle or machinery that may potentially cause harm to yourself and others.

Lastly, no one with a family history or a predisposition to mental illness should ever consume psilocybin or psychedelics in general.
